DROP BOX INFORMATION
To order a drop box you will need to call our office. If you are in Grants Pass or Reedsport area, please call 541-479-5335 and for the Eagle Point area, please call 541-826-5691. Once you have called our office to reserve a drop box, you can fax the liability release to our office in Grants Pass and Reedsport at 541-476-6083 or our office in Eagle Point at 541-826-1854 or you can simply email it to Customer Service.
A completed liability release form and payment in full must be received by 4:00pm the day prior to the delivery date. If the payment and/or form is not received prior to the delivery of the drop box, your reservation will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled.
Note: The Spring and Summer months are our busiest months for drop box reservations. Please contact us to reserve a drop box at least 1-2 weeks prior to the date you need it delivered.

Items not taken in Drop Boxes: Computers, Televisions, Monitors, Hazardous Waste, Paint, Tires, Dead Animals, Tree Stumps, Appliances, Flammable material, Asbestos, Large amounts of dirt or large pieces of concrete. Upon finding these materials a drop box may not be pulled or and/or additional charges may be applied. Load must be level to the top of the box.
If unacceptable items are found in the container. The customer is responsible for any proper disposal fees.
Starting January 1, 2010, all construction and demolition debris must have Asbestos Clearance Certification from a certified abatement company stating the material is asbestos free. The certificate is valid for one year from the date of the inspection and/or abatement. If any material in the box could be considered suspect Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM), including but not limited to; flooring, sheetrock, duct work, roofing material, plaster, popcorn ceiling, or anything else that looks like it came from a remodel or demolition, the hauler and/or disposal site may refuse the box until you can provide documentation proving the load does not contain Asbestos Containing Material (ACM). If a box is picked up and undeclared suspect ACM is discovered at the transfer station, the customer will be charged for all cleanup costs, either by the landfill, or by the hauler.
